These terms apply to purchases on aglace.in, operated by [Registered business name] (“Aglace”, “we”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock or was listed at a clearly wrong price.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders.

Products

Colours on screen are rendered and may differ slightly from the real laces. Space-dyed and marbled laces are unique by design, so no two pairs look the same.

Intellectual property

The Aglace name, wordmark, designs, photography and copy belong to us. Please don’t reuse them without permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
